We had another great day today with all of the KidsClub riders!  There were several return members and also several new members who joined in the fun at Pinecrest Farm!

We reviewed “pony parts” which the kids are getting really good at.  Pumpernickel and Reggie were our practice ponies.  Luckily they are great about having paper signs stuck all over them.

There was hardly enough time to do everything we had planned.  We started out with tacking up Louis, Reggie, Jacob, Armani, Angel and Trixie.  What a crowd!   The kids worked in teams with our “helpers” and did a great job brushing and tacking up.

While the first lesson was going on, Lila and the “A” group made Christmas Rice Crispy stars in the viewing lounge.  Then we did the swap-a-roo and the “A” group went riding and the “B” group joined in on the treats.

We finished off the day painting horse pictures in the clinic room.  Everyone had to take their canvases home to finish because we ran out of time!
